Cancellation Policy

Because our time is valuable and our services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify your stylist directly, 24 hours in advance, if you must change your appointment. In the event of a no-call, no show, or if your call is past the 24 hour window, we will charge the card on file a fee depending on how much time is booked. A haircut only slot fee is $50.

Any other service reserved for 1 - 2.5 hours has a fee of $75.

Any specialty service reserved over 2.5 hours has a fee of $100.

This ensures your stylist is compensated for their time. Unfortunately, without notice, they are unable to use the time that you reserved. Thank you for your cooperation!
